Each subscription key is bound to your registered FPS ID, School Code, or Clinic Tenant.
Digital licenses activate immediately upon valid 12-digit UTR or gateway verification.
Because license keys and cloud workspaces provision instantly, active subscriptions are final.
Automated cloud backups and rapid updates whenever government portal layouts change.

01 Acceptance of Terms & Ecosystem Scope
By accessing, downloading, installing, or subscribing to any cloud application, browser automation extension, or custom software solution engineered by Drashti Enterprise ("Studio", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms govern all flagship products—including Drashti eFPS & PNB Auto Suite Pro, PM POSHAN (MDM) Smart Billing App, and HealMatrix Unified Clinical Cloud OS—as well as custom web and mobile engineering engagements.
02 Software & Chrome Plugin Licensing Rules
- Single-Entity License Lock: Every subscription license for Drashti eFPS & PNB Auto Suite Pro is strictly bound to a single registered FPS Shop ID / Browser ID. Similarly, PM POSHAN (MDM) licenses are bound to a single MDM Kendra / School Code, and HealMatrix OS licenses apply per registered clinical tenant.
- Prohibition on Key Sharing: Attempting to share, clone, proxy, or simultaneously run a single license key across multiple unauthorized shops, schools, or computers will trigger automatic license suspension without refund.
- Third-Party Portal Changes: Our automation extensions and ERP report generators interact with government and banking formats (such as eFPS Gujarat, PNB Digital Rupee CBDC, Mantra RD Service, and PM POSHAN Patraks). While we push rapid updates when official portals change their layout, temporary downtime during third-party portal maintenance is normal and outside our control.
03 Payments, Direct UPI UTR & Refund Policy
- Accepted Payment Modes: Subscriptions and project milestones can be paid via our integrated SMEPay Payment Gateway or via Direct UPI QR Scan (0% Fee) by submitting a valid 12-digit UPI UTR reference number.
- UTR Verification & Fraud Prevention: Submitting fake, duplicate, or manipulated 12-digit UTR numbers will result in immediate rejection of the order and permanent blacklisting of the associated Shop ID or School Code.
- Strict No-Refund Policy on Digital Licenses: Because software license keys, browser locks, and cloud database tenants are provisioned immediately upon payment confirmation, all subscription sales (1 Month, 3 Months, 6 Months, 11 Months, and 1 Year) are final and non-refundable.
04 Custom Web App, ERP & Mobile App Engineering
For custom software development projects (Business Portals, Custom Cloud ERPs, and Full-Stack SaaS + Android Apps), work commences upon receipt of the agreed booking advance. Project scope, delivery milestones, and third-party costs (such as custom domain names, dedicated VPS hosting, SMS OTP packs, or Google Play Console developer fees) are governed by the project quotation shared prior to kickoff.
05 Acceptable Use & Reverse Engineering Restrictions
Users are strictly prohibited from decompiling, disassembling, unpacking, modifying, or reverse-engineering any `.crx` / `.zip` Chrome Extension package, AI OCR Captcha model, PHP/React source file, or API endpoint belonging to Drashti Enterprise. Any attempt to scrape, DDoS, or bypass our licensing server will result in immediate termination and legal action under the Information Technology Act, 2000.
06 Intellectual Property Ownership
All proprietary codebases, algorithms, UI/UX glassmorphic designs, brand names (including Drashti eFPS Auto Suite Pro, PM POSHAN Smart Billing App, and HealMatrix Clinical Cloud OS), and documentation remain the sole and exclusive intellectual property of Drashti Enterprise.
07 Limitation of Liability & Governing Jurisdiction
All software is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Users (including FPS dealers, school principals, MDM operators, and clinical staff) are responsible for verifying final figures on printed patraks, stock ledgers, and prescriptions before official submission. Under no circumstances shall Drashti Enterprise's total liability exceed the subscription amount paid by the user in the preceding billing cycle. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gujarat, India.
