At Drashti Enterprise, we collect only the minimum information required to provision your software licenses, maintain your cloud workspace, and deliver technical support:
- Account & Licensing Identifiers: Your Name, Shop/Business Name, WhatsApp Mobile Number, Email Address, and your specific FPS Shop ID, MDM Kendra / School Code, or Hospital Tenant ID.
- Transaction Records: Order IDs, selected software package, transaction timestamps, and 12-digit UPI UTR numbers submitted for payment verification.
02 Chrome Extension Privacy (eFPS & PNB Auto Suite Pro)
Our browser automation extension is engineered with strict local-first privacy architecture:
- Zero Biometric Harvesting: The 1-Click Mantra Biometric automation merely triggers the local RD Service (`127.0.0.1`) on your computer. We never capture, read, store, or transmit raw fingerprint data or citizen biometric packets to our servers.
- Local DOM Automation: AI OCR Captcha solving, consent checkbox ticking, and PNB CBDC session keep-alive scripts execute strictly inside your active browser tab on the official portal domains and do not monitor unrelated browsing history.
03 Multi-Tenant Cloud Security (PM POSHAN MDM & HealMatrix OS)
- PM POSHAN (MDM) App: Daily attendance counts, grain/oil stock ledgers, and cooking cost records entered by a school remain strictly private to that school's login credentials for generating official A4 Patraks.
- HealMatrix Clinical Cloud OS: Each hospital or clinic operates within an isolated tenant database. Patient OPD queues, digital EMR prescriptions, and pharmacy POS invoices are encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and accessible only to authorized staff roles configured by the hospital administrator.
04 Payment & UPI Security
We do not store credit card numbers, debit card CVVs, or UPI PINs on our servers. Online gateway payments are processed directly via SMEPay's encrypted checkout, and Direct UPI QR payments occur inside your own UPI app (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, Cred), where only the 12-digit UTR reference number is logged on our portal for license activation.
05 Data Retention & User Rights
Your cloud workspace data is retained for the duration of your active subscription plus a grace period to allow seamless renewal. You may request a full export or permanent deletion of your school, shop, or clinical tenant data at any time by contacting our support desk at support@drashtiworld.in.
